Each unit dose contains
Glycerol, Wheat starch, Liquid mallow extract, Liquid chamomile extract, and Purified water.
Mechanism of action
Loosens and lubricates the stools, facilitating their evacuation through a softening action.
Contraindications
Micro-enemas should not be used to treat acute abdominal pain, or any pain of unknown origin.
Side effects
In cases of patients with a particular sensitivity to the ingredients, or previous inflammation of the mucous membrane, irritation of the rectal mucosa may be experienced.
Dosage
1 or 2 unit doses per 24-hour period.
How to use
Each unit dose of CARELAX CHAMOMILE AND MALLOW GLYCEROL remains sealed individually up to the moment of use, guaranteeing hygiene and practicality of the product.
To open the container, simply grip the neck and twist the cap to remove. When handling, do not grip the container by the squeezable pump, otherwise the liquid could escape when removing the cap. Lubricate the nozzle by squeezing out a drop of the liquid, then insert the nozzle into the back passage and squeeze the pump. Remove the nozzle without releasing pressure on the pump, and dispose of the container.
Micro-enemas must be stored in a dry place at a temperature of between 4 and 30ºC
