Sentis
Composition
One soft gelatin capsule contains 200 mg extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis).
Other components: soybean oil, gelatin, glycerol, yellow beeswax, soy lecithin, purified water, colours: tartrazine E102, brilliant blue E133 and titan dioxide E171.
Action:
Valerian root has calming and relaxing effects. It improves the night sleep, calms and relaxes smooth muscles.

BEFORE YOU TAKE SENTIS®
Sentis® should not be used:
- if you have not more than 12 years
- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- if you are sensitive to any ingredient of Sentis®
- if you have already taken a medicine for sleep or anxiety
The consumption of alcohol may increase the effects of this product and should be avoided.
Ask you doctor for advise if your symptoms worsen.
WARNINGS AND SIDE EFFECTS
There are not known side effects or toxic episodes when taken in recommended dosage.
DOSAGE AND HOW TO TAKE SENTIS®
Children over 12 years old and adults: 1 capsule daily.
Swallow the soft gelatin capsule whole with water.
The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.
Do not use the food supplements as a substitute for diversified food.
